Several extracts on subscription — how it works
Each extract on subscription gets 20% off the base price, from the first bottle and with no minimum. From 4 extracts in one shipment the fourth extract is free (25% off all of them), and such a subscription is not counted toward the gift every 12. Each can be switched before the next shipment.
Two 50 ml extracts in one shipment: 400 ₪, free shipping. 4 extracts: 750 ₪, free shipping. Home delivery is 29 ₪ and free from 285 ₪ for products shipped together; shipments on different dates are checked separately.
No extra coupons apply to a subscription — the discount is already in the price. A practitioner or guide code stays on the subscription for attribution.

What does the subscription cost, and does the discount apply from the start?
Every subscription order is 20% off the base price, from the first shipment: 50 ml — 200 ₪ instead of 250 ₪; 100 ml — 400 ₪ instead of 500 ₪. From 4 extracts in one shipment the fourth extract is free (25% off all of them): 4 × 50 ml — 750 ₪. No minimum, no conditions.
How much is home delivery?
Home delivery is 29 ₪ and free on orders from 285 ₪. A 50 ml subscription is charged 229 ₪ including shipping; a 100 ml subscription is 400 ₪ with free shipping.
How do we pay, and how will we know a charge is coming?
Charges go to a saved card via PayPlus. You get an email reminder 3 days before each charge with the amount, the extract and the date. The email links straight to your account — to change, switch extracts or cancel.
We have a coupon or a practitioner code — does it work on a subscription?
No extra coupons apply to a subscription: the discount is already in the price. A practitioner or guide code stays on the subscription so they keep supporting you.

Can we switch extracts during the subscription?
You can switch the extract in your account before any shipment, without opening a new subscription. Choose reishi, lion's mane, cordyceps or turkey tail for the next shipment.
How do we change the address or the billing date?
Change the shipping address and the billing date in your account, whenever your plans change.
Is there a commitment, and what if we want to stop?
No commitment and no lock-in. Cancel online any time — in your account or from the reminder email — with no penalty. Note: cancelling resets the gift count.
How many bottles come in each shipment?
One bottle (or a pair on the 100 ml tier). Want more? Choose 100 ml, or add a subscription for another extract.

What if the price on the site drops, or there is a sale?
The subscription discount is always calculated from the product's base price. If the base price drops, the subscription drops with it. Temporary sales do not change the subscription — it keeps its standing discount, also after the sale ends.
We joined with a practitioner's or guide's code — what happens?
The code stays on the subscription and they keep supporting you. There is no extra coupon discount on a subscription: the discount is already in the price.
