Kosher Certification
Every Triterra Farm mushroom extract is certified kosher Mehadrin — the stricter tier of supervision — by the Mateh Yehuda Rabbinate in Israel, under the supervision of Rabbi Gad Atias. The certification covers the production process, from growing on our Galilee farm through extraction and bottling.

Why we publish this rather than just claim it
We publish the full external lab report for each extract — beta-glucan percentage, heavy metals, pesticides — because a claim nobody can check is not worth much. Kosher certification is the same kind of evidence: a third party’s document. That is why it gets its own page rather than one line among the product attributes.
Questions about the certification
Are all Triterra extracts kosher?
Yes. Every Triterra Farm mushroom extract is produced under the supervision of the Mateh Yehuda Rabbinate (רבנות מטה יהודה) at the Mehadrin level, under Rabbi Gad Atias.
What does “Mehadrin” mean?
Mehadrin is the stricter tier of kosher supervision, above the basic standard. It requires closer oversight of the ingredients and of the production process itself, not only of the finished product.
Who issues the certification, and who supervises?
The certifying body is the Mateh Yehuda Regional Rabbinate in Israel. The supervising rabbi is Rabbi Gad Atias. Both appear on the emblem shown above, in Hebrew.
Why does a mushroom extract need supervision at all?
An extract is not a single ingredient — it is a process: growing, harvesting, extraction and bottling. Supervision covers that whole chain: what goes in, in which vessels, and under what conditions. That is exactly why the stricter tier matters.
