How to start
Build up gradually.
- Start with one extractHalf a dropper (about 1.4 ml) of a single extract, twice a day. If Cordyceps is in your set, keep it for last.
- Add the next every three daysIntroduce another extract at about 1 ml, until you are using all four together.
- Keep it dailyUp to 4 ml a day across all extracts is plenty. The effect builds with consistent use, so take it every day.
- Shake, drop, doneUnder the tongue or into a glass of water. Store closed, somewhere cool and dry.

Can I take all four together?
Yes — that is the point of the set. We recommend reaching the full protocol gradually: start with one extract and add the next every three days.
How long does the set last?
About 30 days on the 50 ml option and about 60 days on the 100 ml option, at the recommended daily amount.
What is in each bottle?
Water, alcohol (34% by volume) and the triple extract of 100% fruiting bodies — nothing else. Extraction ratio 1:2.
Is it suitable for everyone?
