Shipping method Products purchased on the Triterra Farm website (triterrafarm.com) are delivered to the customer’s address via an external courier company (door-to-door courier), to all delivery areas within Israel.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Coordination and delivery Delivery is coordinated with the courier company. On the day of delivery, the customer will receive an SMS notification with the estimated arrival time window.

Cancellations and returns policy (dietary supplements) At Triterra Farm we are committed to uncompromising quality and freshness. Our products are defined as “dietary supplements” and/or “food products.” In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Health and the Consumer Protection Law, food products and dietary supplements cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our possession, even if their packaging has not been opened. This is to ensure the safety and quality of the products for all our customers.

Cancellation due to a defect or discrepancy: In the exceptional case that a defect is found in a product, or a product different from the one ordered is received, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for collection of the defective product at our expense and provide a full refund or send a new replacement product, to your complete satisfaction.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Question: How long will delivery take? Answer: For most parts of the country, the courier will arrive within 2-5 business days. For remote localities it may take slightly longer.

Question: Is there free shipping? Answer: Yes! On any order over ₪285, shipping is on us. Below this amount, the cost is ₪29.

Question: Can I pick up the order myself? Answer: Yes, by prior arrangement only. Our pickup point is located in the Bar-Lev Industrial Park (and not at the farm itself, for safety and sterility reasons). Pickup can be arranged by calling 050-2706577.

Question: How will I know my order is on its way? Answer: As soon as the package is collected by the courier company, you will receive an SMS with a tracking number and a link to the shipment status.

Question: What happens if I’m not home? Answer: The courier will contact you before arrival. You may authorize them to leave the package in a safe place (by the door / in a service cabinet) or arrange an alternative time.
