This document forms an integral part of the general Terms of Use of the triterrafarm.com website (hereinafter: the “Terms of Use”), and its purpose is to govern the policy for cancelling transactions and returning products purchased on the website, which is operated by Triterra Farm (hereinafter: the “Company”). This policy is subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, but significantly expands them in the customer’s favor, as detailed below.

1. Cancellation of a Transaction by the User

1.1. The Statutory Right of Cancellation (the Legal Basis)

A user may cancel the transaction for products purchased on the website in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. As a general rule, the law permits cancellation within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or the transaction document (whichever is later). (Note: this right is always available to you, but we recommend using our “Extended Warranty” detailed in Section 1.5 below, which grants far better terms.)

1.2. Extended Right of Cancellation for Special Populations (by Law)

Senior citizens, new immigrants, and persons with disabilities are entitled to cancel a transaction within 4 months from the date of the transaction / receipt of the product (whichever is later), provided that the engagement included a conversation (including an electronic one) between the Company and the customer.

1.3. How to Submit a Cancellation Notice

A cancellation notice shall be submitted to the Company in one of the following ways:

1.4. Exceptions to the Standard Right of Cancellation

By law, the standard right of cancellation (14 days) does not apply to perishable products or products manufactured specially. However, at Triterra Farm we waive these exceptions as part of the Extended Warranty (see Section 1.5).


1.5. The Highlight: Extended Warranty – 100-Day Trial and Full Refund

At Triterra Farm we are confident in the quality of our products, and therefore we commit to a warranty that is exceptional in Israel.

Terms for Exercising the Extended Warranty (the “fine print”):

In order to exercise the warranty on opened products, the following terms — designed to ensure a fair trial — must be met:

a. A single opened product (extract/tincture): An opened bottle may be returned provided that no more than 50% of the liquid contents has been consumed, and that the return was made within 100 days from the date of the order.

b. Bundles: In a bundle containing several bottles of the same product (or a combination), a full refund on the entire bundle may be obtained provided that:

  1. Only one single bottle from the bundle has been opened (and meets the quantity condition of Section a – at least 50% of the liquid remains in it).

  2. The remaining bottles in the bundle are sealed in their original packaging (unopened).

c. General: The full warranty may be exercised only once per customer.


2. Consequences of Cancellation and Processing the Refund

If the customer chose to activate the Extended Warranty (up to 100 days):

In order to exercise the warranty and receive the refund:

  1. Contact customer service to receive a return authorization.

  2. Return the product (even if opened) in its original packaging.

  3. Return shipping to the Company is the responsibility of, and at the expense of, the customer, to the address: Harerit, D.N. Misgav, ZIP 2018200 (for Triterra Farm). We recommend using registered mail or a courier with a tracking number.


3. Cancellation of a Transaction by the Company

The Company may cancel a transaction in exceptional cases (out of stock, a pricing error, force majeure, suspicion of fraud, etc.). In such a case, the customer will receive a full refund and will not be charged any cancellation fee. Notice will be given to the customer by email or phone.
